So, Google have checked social network off of their world domination list.
Will lots of people try out Google+ to see if it's any good? Almost definitely. That's why I'm on there.
Will a lot of people (I'd bet a large chunk of whom don't have a job) spend their lives on Google+ simply because it's there? You bet.
Will some people stick with Google plus as their social network of choice? I think a few probably will.
Will it become the new twitter or facebook? My bet is no. By my reckoning that ship sailed about 3 years ago, and took off like a rocket about 2 years ago. Google, I think you were too slow.
That being said, I do like the circles thing. Google have managed to pick something that neither of the big two is very good at and focussed on it. Also, I would have run out of 140 characters quite some time ago if I were on twitter right now.
I haven't made up my mind yet, it needs a few more people to join G+ before I make that decision.
What's next on the Google world domination list? They can't have that much left to do...
